Contract

Public offer (retail sale contract)

This document is a public offer under Article 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan: a contract on the terms below is concluded with anyone who accepts it by placing an order on the website or in the Telegram bot. Translation; the Uzbek text is legally binding.

1. Parties

  • Seller — the person named in the «Seller information» block below (trading under the DOORS GALLERY brand).
  • Buyer — the individual or legal entity who placed the order.

2. Subject

  • The seller sells catalogue doors and components (by DG code, colour, size and quantity) to the buyer, who accepts and pays for them.
  • Description, colour and size are given in the catalogue; on-screen colour may differ slightly from the real one.

3. Conclusion of the contract (acceptance)

  • Acceptance means filling in the order form, ticking the personal data consent and confirming the order (Civil Code art. 370, E-commerce Law art. 19).
  • After the order our specialist confirms availability, the final price and the payment method. The contract is concluded when the buyer agrees to the confirmed terms and pays.
  • Before payment the buyer may cancel the order at any time.

4. Price and payment

  • Prices are set in Uzbek soum (UZS) and communicated to the buyer in writing (Telegram or SMS) before payment.
  • Payment methods are stated by the specialist when confirming the order. Card data (number, CVV, SMS code) is never requested.
  • A fiscal receipt is issued for the payment as required by law.

5. Handover of goods

  • The place and date of handover and any extra costs are confirmed in writing before payment and stated in the order confirmation.
  • On receipt the buyer checks quantity, colour, size and appearance.

6. Quality and warranty

  • Warranty terms are on the «Warranty» page. Defective goods are replaced, or another lawful claim is satisfied, within the periods set by Article 14 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

7. Exchange and return

  • Goods of proper quality may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase for an identical item, or refunded if none is available, if unused, with their appearance, packaging and proof of purchase kept (Law 221-I art. 18). The government list of non-exchangeable goods applies.
  • For distance sales money is refunded in the same form as the payment (Law ZRU-792 art. 27); if the goods do not match the sample or description, all return costs are borne by the seller (Law 221-I art. 28¹).

8. Personal data

  • Data is processed under the Law «On Personal Data» (ZRU-547) and our Privacy policy.

9. Disputes

  • Disputes are settled by negotiation, failing which by a court under the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Send complaints to the contacts below.

10. Language and effect

  • The offer is published in Uzbek, Russian and English; in case of discrepancy the Uzbek (Latin) text prevails.
  • The offer takes effect when published on the site; changes apply to orders placed after their publication.
