Privacy policy

We collect only the minimum data needed to fulfil your order and contact you. This policy follows the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” (ZRU-547).

What we collect

  • Name and phone number — when you place an order or send a request.
  • Order details: model (DG code), colour, size, quantity.
  • In the Telegram bot: Telegram ID and username (needed for the bot to work).
  • Technical data: IP addresses are stored in logs in shortened form (last part removed); the full IP is kept in memory for a few minutes only, for abuse protection.

Purpose and legal basis

  • Placing, confirming and fulfilling your order (contract).
  • Consent is recorded by a tick in the order form, i.e. in a provable form (ZRU-547 art. 21). With your consent: new-model notifications, cart reminders, advertising measurement.
  • Fraud and spam protection, compliance with the law.

Cookies and ad measurement

  • Essential cookies are required for the site to work.
  • Analytics and advertising (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) are enabled only after you click “Accept” in the banner. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Retention

  • Orders and accounting records — for the period required by law.
  • Requests that did not become orders — up to 12 months, then deleted or anonymised (data is not kept once the purpose is achieved — ZRU-547 art. 10).
  • Security logs — up to 180 days.

Who receives data

  • We never sell your data.
  • Only where needed for the service: Telegram (when you chat with the bot), payment systems (when you pay), with consent — advertising platforms, and competent authorities where the law requires.

Your rights

  • To know what data we hold, correct it, request deletion and withdraw consent.
  • Write to the contacts below — we reply in the manner and within the periods of Articles 22, 23 and 30 of Law ZRU-547; incorrect data is corrected within three days (art. 11).

Operator and storage location

  • The operator is the seller named in the «Seller information» block at the bottom of the page.
  • The site and database are currently hosted on a server in the European Union (Germany). No biometric or genetic data is collected. Cross-border transfer follows Articles 15 and 27¹ of Law ZRU-547; moving the server to Uzbekistan is planned.

Security

  • HTTPS encryption, two-factor login for administrators, backups stored encrypted.
  • Card data (number, CVV, SMS code) is never requested or stored.
